Every Aethel smartwatch comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This includes the display, sensors, battery (capacity), and internal electronics. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear (scratches, strap wear). You can extend your coverage up to 3 years with AethelCare+.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for any reason — no questions asked. The watch must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging. Start a return via your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Free return shipping is provided for all US and EU orders. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the watch.

The Aethel Horizon delivers up to 14 days of battery life on a single charge under typical usage (notifications, step tracking, sleep monitoring, and occasional workout tracking). With the always-on display enabled, expect about 7 days. A full charge takes approximately 90 minutes using the included magnetic charger, and a 15-minute quick charge gives you up to 3 days of use.

Yes — the Aethel Horizon is rated IP68 and 5 ATM (50 meters) water resistant. It's safe for swimming in pools and open water, showering, and accidental submersion. We do not recommend using it for scuba diving, high-speed water sports, or sauna/hot tub environments, as extreme pressure and heat can compromise the seals over time. Rinse the watch with fresh water after saltwater exposure.

Absolutely. The Aethel Horizon is compatible with iOS 15+ (iPhone 8 and newer) and Android 9+ (devices with Google Play Services). Download the free Aethel Companion app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Features like call answering, music control, and notifications work seamlessly on both platforms. Some advanced health metrics require the companion app.

The Aethel Horizon uses a proprietary magnetic pogo-pin charger (included in the box). It does not support Qi wireless charging due to the compact form factor. The charging cable has a USB-C connector on the other end, so you can plug it into any standard USB-C power adapter (5V/1A recommended). Replacement chargers are available in our online store for $19.99.
